"Terrible customer service and when I tried to cancel my policy it took 4 days. And I'm still not sure it's been cancelled. Update: it is now 3/24/25 and I just received the nasty note from State Farm. No information on how to contact them. And when I do, I'm just sent back to Brian's office. I've already tried to do that."

"Brian Evans. I do NOT recommend him at all. He had my home residence listed at an address that doesn't exist, for nine years and when I informed him about this, he said it didn't matter. Really?! He had my home also listed as ten years older than it is. I now have appropriate home insurance elsewhere."
